Education technology for lead management
ICoFP has a high volume of leads coming in from their website, social media, email, campus visits and across all their digital channels.
Their counselors were engaging all the incoming leads and spent time on qualification, and then on counseling and sales to the candidates who were genuinely interested. The time spent on qualifying enquiries was having a direct impact on the time available to engage qualified candidates.
Now ICoFP has implemented Lucep to automate lead qualification. All inbound leads are engaged directly and qualified through a process that involved multiple channels and qualified leads are sent to counselors for the next steps with appointments for engagement.
Once students indicate they are interested in the course, they are requested to select a time slot of their choice for speaking with a student counselor. These scheduled appointments with interested students are then directly sent to their CRM (Lucep has been integrated with it), and their admissions team now speaks only with qualified student enquiries.
