Lucep ALQ – Multi-Channel Communication Configuration Document
This document outlines the configuration requirements to enable WhatsApp, SMS, and Email communications through Lucep’s Automated Lead Qualification (ALQ) system. These inputs are essential for Lucep to set up, integrate, and activate messaging workflows that reach prospects through client-approved communication channels.
1. IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Setup
Lucep will provision and configure a dedicated IVR system for outbound automated calls.
Lucep Responsibilities
- Provisioning of a virtual number (dedicated per client)
- Outbound IVR call setup with customized call flow
- Message scripting support and pre-recorded voice prompts
- Keypress response mapping (e.g., 1 – Interested)
- Reporting and analytics dashboard for call outcomes
Client Inputs Required
- Approval for suggested voice message scripts
- Branding guidelines (for tone/language alignment)
- Optionally whitelist the virtual number on Truecaller
2. SMS Integration
SMS messages will be sent via client-authorized DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) channels. Lucep will configure logic for segment-wise routing if needed.
Lucep Responsibilities
- Integration of SMS gateway using DLT sender ID(s)
- Application of business logic for message routing across business units
- Tracking setup via whitelisted short links
- Retry logic for SMS delivery failures
Client Inputs Required
- DLT Sender ID(s) and Entity ID
- Access credentials to DLT platform (or delegated access)
- Approved DLT message template IDs
- Whitelisted short URL domain (e.g., for click tracking)
- PE_TM binding details (Lucep will assist)
3. WhatsApp Business API Integration
Lucep supports WhatsApp Business API (WABA) integration for automated and interactive lead engagement across segments or brands.
Lucep Responsibilities
- Setup of up to 2 WhatsApp Business accounts
- Configuration of personalized messaging flows per segment
- Support for message template submissions and approvals
- Integration into lead engagement journey with response capture
Client Inputs Required
- WhatsApp API Details:

API Key, Provider Name, App NameRegistered Phone Number, Auth TokenOrganization ID, Bot ID (if applicable)
- Optional: Admin access to Meta Business Suite
4. Email SMTP Integration
Lucep will send emails on behalf of the client using their SMTP server to maintain branding and compliance.
Lucep Responsibilities
- Email template design and responsiveness optimization
- Integration of SMTP parameters for automated emails
- Logic-based email routing across multiple sender IDs
Client Inputs Required
- SMTP Details (Host, Port, SSL/TLS, Credentials)
- Sender Name / Display Name and App Passwords
- Brand Assets (Logos, Font/Color Guidelines, Tone)
Please consolidate and share the above credentials, IDs, and access details with your Lucep Account Manager. Once received, Lucep will initiate the configuration process, followed by internal QA and a go-live checklist review.
